Born and raised in Bend, Josh Chambless brings a lifelong connection to Central Oregon and over 15 years of hands-on experience in residential construction, remodels, and real estate. His deep knowledge of homebuilding-from foundations to finishes-gives clients a unique edge when evaluating properties or planning improvements. He is also a nationally certified Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Specialist, providing added expertise for clients exploring creative housing options or investment potential. Josh's career in new home sales includes recognition for outstanding performance, leadership development opportunities, and experience mentoring others in the industry.

After years spent living in San Diego, Las Vegas, and Colorado Springs, Josh returned to Bend in 2015 with a renewed appreciation for the lifestyle and community Central Oregon offers.

Josh lives in Bend with his wife, teenage son, and their Bernedoodle, Mac. When he's not serving clients, you'll find him hiking, camping, golfing, or playing pickleball in the places he loves most.
